HSBA-TOP-TEN-WEDNESDAYS

Each week, until April, we will be highlighting the Top Ten Bloggers from each category of The 2013 Homeschool Blog Awards. We understand the hard work that is involved in running a successful blog. Kudos to all who were nominated, all who made the top ten and to our winners!

This week we are highlighting the 2013 Best Current Events, Opinions and Politics Blogs!

Best Current Events, Opinions and Politics Blog

We were looking for homeschooling blogs that don’t shy away from discussing the more political aspects of life and other current events. News clips that affect our freedoms as homeschoolers and how homeschooling is portrayed in the media are ideal. We love to hear what other homeschool teachers are thinking and reading and their views on things that affect us all.

The Educational Freedom Coalition was our big winner this year! Tina has changed things up a bit and her site has been moved to The Homeschool Resource Roadmap. Her site is full of indexed resources for homeschooling and now has an impressive list of Common Core information.
