Memo Monday: Summer Vacation

by Mishelle Lane on June 28, 2010

This memo is late, and that can only mean one thing… It’s summer vacation!

So far, we’ve swam almost every day:
WOO!

We’ve dug for pretty rocks and slid down nature’s slide:

We’ve played with creepy crawlies:

We’ve hung out with home schooling bloggy friends:

We’ve taken country drives and ended up on foggy mountains:

We’ve eaten exotic fruits:

We’ve just hung out in our little back yard:
My People from Miss Beverly's Yard

And, soon we’ll be heading to Savannah, Georgia.  A mini vacation!

Is your family going on vacation? Or are you just enjoying your staycation?

So far our days have been busy, sweaty, and fun-filled, with more to come!

Regardless of where you go, or what you do, I hope your family’s summer has been equally busy, sweaty, and fun!

Just be safe and enjoy the sunshine!

We just got back from the Outer Banks in NC. This is the first week long vacation we have ever taken and it was fabulous!

Awesome! I see you guys like those goofy rubber-band thing-a-ma-bobs, too. My kids all LOVE them. :)

Yes, and I would like to publicly state that I have not bought one of those bands she is wearing. She’s found a way to get them from her friends because they are their extras and Heaven forbid they have duplicates. LOL

We are going to Tybee for a long weekend at the end of August with a side trip to Savannah. Love both those areas and looking forward to it.
Blessings

I LOVE Tybee Island! I LOVE Savannah; it’s just gonna be so hot. Sundresses rule.
