Homeschool Mothers do a lot in a day…. I’d say they do more than the working mom because they have to care for the kids, the house, the meals, and much more. They are constantly on the go and with the kids! Sometimes you just need a break. You need to sit down and have a break. While I’m not a mom – YET – I know there I are times I need to sit down for a breather.

THEME:

This week I’d like to invite you to share what YOUR “Mom” help is. Some drink coffee, soda, or chia-tea. Others check email or read their favourite blogs. Some talk a walk…. what do you do when you need to clear your head and take a breather?

Scripture Share:

Please share a Scripture that gives you a “mom” help when you’re spirit is feeling overwhelemed.

MY THEME:

I’m a dr. pepper drinker – ok – addict! I love having my ice cold cup in hand, especially when I have a headache need to chill, but I think my biggest help when I need to clear my head is clean something. Yes, clean, and while I’m doing that I’ll usually talk to myself or pray. Cleaning is always a great opportunity to renew your spirit and talk to the Lord. The Bible says in everything delight yourself in Him, even when you’re cleaning right?

Scripture Share:

Isaiah 64:4

“For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him.”

Blessings!

Oops!! I wondered why I was getting lots of comments on my school room, LOL! I am new to “memes” (what does that mean, anyway?!) and did not know that my address, which automatically appeared in the Mr. Linky box, would be from last Friday’s meme! I think I’ve got it linked right now. Thanks to Elaine for the heads up!

Isaiah 28:23-29 reminds me that not all children are the same at the heat, and that the Lord knows the best way to raise each one of us. If we will ask He freely gives us wisdom along the way. So when weary, don’t let it overcome you. Sow and you WILL reap. In due season. I guess He determines when that is by the way!

Awww I’m so bummed I miss this one! Do we have to answer on the day the meme is put up or can we add throughout the week? Some days it’s just so hard for me to be able to sit down and blog.
