Summer is officially over and autumn has set in. Where has the summer gone? It has been pretty warm this week but the week before was awfully cold and I do not like it! I was made for hot weather, and living in Indiana you never know if you should wear long sleeve or short sleeve because the weather could change at any moment!

Well schools going and now the cooler weather is settling in. Soon the leaves will all be changing colours. A sure sign summer is gone and autumn is here, BUT! no matter, we have plenty of photos that we’ve taken to capture the memories of Summer ’08 to cherish forever.

THEME

This week I want to invite you to take a moment and post a Summer Photo Essay memoir. Starting from around the official date of Summer to this past week – just give a basic summary of your summer as I know someone of you are photoholics! Haha! Make sure you jot down your memoirs about each photo so everyone can read about your summer. You can do the essay however you want. You can journal a lot of just caption the photo! Can’t wait to see what you all do!

Make sure you enter in your DIRECT link to your HM post and not just your blog link. When others go back to look over the themes they will be able to go directly to your post rather than just your front page.

Ok, I don’t have the slightest clue how to make a lovely mosaic of photos and I don’t have time to post a blog on the summary of our summer. But I did write a blog yesterday, complete with photo gallery, of the last weekend of summer. And it kind of summarizes the best of summer – a fair, camping, local food and interesting people.

I won’t be doing this week’s. I hope that is okay. I keep all photos of our family in a passworded tab due to a man that has been stalking our family on the internet. I look forward to next week ;)
