Last week my sister brought home the Sound of Music from the library at the request of Mother Dear and Rachel, and since than we have have been listening to the Littles singing and reciting the movie! I’ll admit I’ve been singing songs myself! haha! One of my favourite songs, which I had just added to my playlist, was “These Are A Few Of My Favourite Things!”

*note to self* NEVER EVER bring home The Sound of Music again… I CANNOT stand that movie!
Great theme this week though!
Got mine up and can’t wait to see everyone elses!
You got some great links up there…. some I haven’t even heard of and I live with you… weirdy!
You are doing a fantastic job on the Homeschool Memoirs!
Love you Sis!
Amanda
Very fun meme Miss Jocelyn. Thank you!!!
Every Wednesday I post my new favorite sites on my Website Wednesday posts, so this will be a perfect tie in to that!
This is very strange. I posted my HM, took a break, and now came back to go “visiting” but the Mr. Linky is not here! Am I on the wrong blog???? Please advise. Or….by the time you get this comment everything might be back “on line.”
After reading some of these I have realized that some of us took this challenge differently than you had intended.
Sorry. I’ll edit and add a few other things to mine.
I like The Old Schoolhouse Magazine a lot too! A lot of neat sites that I have not seen before – looking forward to looking at them.
I got so excited as soon as I read the first paragraph, that I went off and did my assignment…without reading all of the directions. But I had fun with it!
Where’s Mr Linky for this week? Or was that explained too, and I just missed it?

I’ve got it up, but it’s not perfected yet
Jocelyn:
It appears that most of us didn’t do the link thing like you did–I think we all got excited and thought this was just a general favorite thing list. BUT–I have to say I’m really enjoying reading everyone’s favorite things, from foods to curriculum!!
Haha, yes, I think so too.
By all means you’re welcome to add your other favourite things on the post as well!
Thanks, I fixed my list.
OK, I added on your list. Mine’s pretty boring though, I’m really not a computer type person.
Good to see Mr. Linky back up!
Oh, here’s what I did. I didn’t know what the “favorite” things list was supposed to be so I visited a few blogs to see what everybody was doing. I saw some folks copied the list and some didn’t, so I figured it was “open.”
And…practically speaking, I was on a time-crunch and figured my favorite things from my head would not only be a nice “interlude” from homeschool site links but also something I could write from my head before having to go to the city for the morning. LOL
Hi, I found your blog on this new directory of WordPress Blogs at blackhatbootcamp.com/listofwordpressblogs. I dont know how your blog came up, must have been a typo, i duno. Anyways, I just clicked it and here I am. Your blog looks good. Have a nice day. James.
It was fun to sit down and think about the sites that I visit most often and share them with others, I can’t wait to check out other people’s favorites too.
Thanks so much! I just signed up and I love it!
I just did mine for this week. I’m a bit late. Rachel
Thank you for this kindness. We’re happy that you are enjoying HowToMe.
I love this site. Thank you so much for creating it.
Thanks for this – lots of ideas to glean from!
Hi Miss Jocelyn,
Sorry I’m late. Thanks for doing this theme this week. I finally organized my links. Easier to see what I have. Looking forward to this week’s theme.
Blessings,
Michelle
